People:Reward and Recognition structure implemented by January 31, 2008.
Guest:Increase Avatar patient satisfaction survey score by one point for measured departments by April 30th, 2008.
Quality/Safety:Increase facility-wide hand hygiene compliance by 2% over the same period last year.
Finance:Attain and maintain Operating Expenses = 44% of Gross Patient Revenue.
Growth/Community:Increase overall outpatient services by 3%.
