Community Hospital's Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) established in 1989. The purpose of our Foundation is to fundraise to sustain and support a variety of programs and services offered by Community Hospital to individuals in Mesa County.

The Community Hospital Foundation Board is a volunteer, philanthropic group of local citizens who serve as the ambassadors for the hospital and raise money for the hospital's ongoing needs.
