Community Hospital Foundation
The Community Hospital Foundation is dedicated to supporting the hospital’s mission and advancing our commitment to caring for people in a patient-centered environment. Our work is to encourage others to join us with their resources of time, talent and financial means, to help us realize our goals.
The Community Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization, governed by a volunteer 15-member board of directors. These directors are local business owners, civic leaders and physicians who willingly give of their time in support of Community Hospital. The Foundation raises, invests and disperses funds to support the programs and services of Community Hospital.
We invite you to join us in our commitment to keep Community Hospital a vital health care choice for our neighbors in the Grand Valley. Through your generosity, Community Hospital’s Foundation will continue to support our current day miracle makers, who provide the best possible healing environment for you and your loved ones. Nurse Residency Program:
With your support, the Nurse Residency Program at Community Hospital will offer new nursing school graduates the opportunity to experience the challenges of nursing in an educational and supportive environment. While nursing schools provide valuable and comprehensive education, transitioning from academia into the workforce can be overwhelming and intimidating. With the Community Hospital Nurse Residency Program, graduates will enjoy a structured approach to career development. Please call (970) 644-3429 for more information about this program.
