    Dale Harris, MS, LMFT
    Dale joined Community Hospital 11 years ago. He is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Dale understands that “life happens” and is excited to meet individuals, couples and families in transition or crisis. He believes these challenging times offer great potential for growth and learning leading to more satisfying living. He is an experienced marriage and family therapist with specialty training in at-risk youth, Gottman Couples Therapy, and EMDR for treatment of trauma. He also has experience providing debriefing and on-going therapy services to first responders and their families.

    Irene Almond, MA, LPC, NCC
    joined Community Hospital in March 2021. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Addiction Counselor Level I endorsed clinician. Irene has worked in the counseling field in a variety of settings
    since 1997 with both children and adults. Her goal is to provide a safe and compassionate environment, guiding the individual to make empowered decisions in their life journey. She strives to help an individual live their life well; a purpose-driven, high quality journey where healthy goals are developed and pursued. Individual strengths and collaborative ideas will be explored, so that individuals will manage and overcome barriers while addressing personal challenges and transforming them into life-enhancing opportunities. Irene will utilize a variety of resources and tools to help each person reach their therapeutic outcomes.
