    Community Hospital is looking to add an Internal Medicine Physician to its outpatient practice. This very well established, yet growing practice, recently joined Community Hospital as employed physicians in order to better serve not only their patients, but their employees as well.     With the expansion of several hospital service lines, Community Hospital in Grand Junction Colorado is experiencing sustained measurable growth in its emergency department and is looking to add another full time BC/BE ABEM Physician to its provider team

    This position includes:
  • Group currently consists of 5 experienced Emergency Medicine Physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 2 PA-C’s
  • Physician shifts are 12 hour shifts
  • Single Physician coverage 24 hours a day. Single mid-level coverage during peak hours
  • Currently a Level IV trauma center with approximately 18,000 annual visits
  • 7 minutes away from the regions Level II trauma center with well-established transfer protocol

    Community Hospital is seeking two BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care or Intensivist physicians to build on our already high quality offerings in inpatient medicine. Physicians with an interest in community pulmonary medicine would have the opportunity for outpatient clinical office hours as well if desired. With an expanding community need and the support of a well trained and experienced hospital Respiratory Care department, the opportunities to build a strong outpatient clinic are very good. Group will also be well supported by five Internal Medicine and twelve Family Medicine employed physicians.

    Community Hospital is looking to expand its successful primary care clinic by adding 1-2 family medicine physicians. This practice was started five years ago to help offset the growing deficit of primary care providers in Mesa County, and has quickly grown to a practice of three separate locations with five Internal Medicine physicians, ten Family Medicine physicians, and two mid-level providers. Group also supports several successful primary care agreements hospital has developed with local employers. We are currently looking at locations that would be adequate for a fourth practice location!
