    Community Hospital is looking to add an Internal Medicine Physician to its outpatient practice. This very well established, yet growing practice, recently joined Community Hospital as employed physicians in order to better serve not only their patients, but their employees as well. In fact, the growth of this group is such that we are presently looking at larger locations for this practice to accommodate their growing patient base!

    This position includes:

In just seven short years the program has experienced incredible growth and has achieved certification as an Oncology Patient Centered Medical Home as well as a Commission on Cancer certified program. With continued regional growth Community Hospital is actively looking for an additional Nurse Practitioner to join a practice that offers an exceptional range of Hematology/Oncology services to Western Colorado and Eastern Utah.

    Community Hospital is looking to expand its successful primary care clinic by adding 1-2 family medicine physicians. This practice was started five years ago to help offset the growing deficit of primary care providers in Mesa County, and has quickly grown to a practice of three separate locations with five Internal Medicine physicians, ten Family Medicine physicians, and two mid-level providers. Group also supports several successful primary care agreements hospital has developed with local employers. We are currently looking at locations that would be adequate for a fourth practice location!
