Community Hospital Foundation

The Community Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization that is dedicated to supporting the hospital’s mission and advancing our commitment to caring for people in a patient-centered environment. Our work is to encourage others to join us with their resources of time, talent and financial means, to help us realize our goals.

We invite you to join us in our commitment to keep Community Hospital a vital health care choice for our neighbors in the Grand Valley. Through your generosity, Community Hospital’s Foundation will continue to support our current day miracle makers, who provide the best possible healing environment for you and your loved ones.

Community Hospital Foundation Gala

Please join us at the annual Community Hospital Foundation Gala for a fun-filled evening! The proceeds from the gala will help fund the Community Hospital Foundation Lodging and Gas Card Program.

Saturday, September 14, 2024

Colorado Mesa University Meyer Ballroom | 5:30 p.m.

Community Hospital is committed to providing the highest quality health care possible for patients throughout western Colorado and eastern Utah. Many patients travel long distances to receive cancer treatment at Grand Valley Oncology. Community Hospital understands and appreciates that over time, travel expenses can become financially challenging for many patients. Patients who receive financial assistance for travel expenses are issued gas cards and/or lodging assistance to help ease some of the financial burden and stress of traveling to receive cancer treatment.

If you are interested in sponsoring or supporting our 2024 gala fundraiser, please contact Taryn Warren at (970) 644-3043 or email twarren@gjhosp.org. This year’s event is sure to be a memorable one!
