The Community Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to supporting the hospital’s mission and advancing our commitment to caring for people in a patient-centered environment. Our work is to encourage others to join us with their resources of time, talent and financial means, to help us realize our goals.

Community Hospital Foundation Gala
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Community Hospital Foundation Gala! The proceeds from this year’s gala supported Community Hospital’s Grand Valley Pediatric Therapy.
Pediatric therapy gives children the tool to communicate, move, learn, and participate fully in the moments that shape their lives. Early, skilled intervention can change the trajectory of a child’s development and access to participation, supporting independence, confidence, and success at home, in school, and in the community.
We would not be where we are today without the unwavering support of our community and for that we are incredibly grateful.
