Community Care of the Grand Valley

Community Hospital’s Community Care of the Grand Valley is an acute care practice specialized in treating minor illnesses and injuries. Our team treats fever, cough, sore throat, stitches, minor lacerations and more! We also have onsite x-ray and lab services available. We are open seven days a week, including holidays.

Same day appointments are available! Walk-ins are welcome. You do not need to be an established patient to visit our clinic.
