Our hospitalists provide care to inpatients with various conditions, illnesses or diseases. Our team works closely with other highly specialized physicians and staff within Community Hospital to ensure the best possible care for each patient. Your hospitalist will work diligently to discuss treatment plans and maintain your continuity of care. If your care requires a specialist, the hospitalist will coordinate care with the specialist that is needed.
