Community Hospital’s Grand Valley Spine and Pain offers comprehensive, compassionate spine and pain care. We offer a range of services from pain injections and minimally invasive procedures to complex spine surgeries. State-of-the-art technology assists surgeons in operating more precisely. Our highly trained spine and interventional pain team is dedicated to providing high quality care in a comfortable environment. This is the only facility in western Colorado to use Brainlab spinal navigation equipment.
