Community Hospital provides acute care services for the best value in the market at two convenient locations. Our team is prepared to serve you and your family when your primary care provider is not available. 

Community Care of the Grand Valley in Grand Junction and Palisade specializes in treating minor illnesses and injuries, including fever, cough, sore throat, stitches, minor lacerations and more! We also have onsite x-ray and lab services available. 

We are open seven days a week, including holidays. Same day appointments are available! Walk-ins are welcome. You do not need to be an established patient to visit our clinic.
